Instructions for Submitting the Assessment

Please follow these steps to complete the quiz, generate the PDF, and submit your results for evaluation.

Step 1: Complete the Quiz

  1. Open the Quiz: Locate the file on your computer and open it using any web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
  2. Answer the Questions: Select the option you believe is correct for each of the 10 questions.
  3. Check Your Answers: Click the "Check Answers and View Feedback" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Review the Feedback: The system will immediately display:
    • Your total score.
    • Color-coded feedback for each question (Green for correct, Red/Green for incorrect, along with a detailed explanation/rationale).

Step 2: Generate the PDF File

After reviewing the feedback, you must generate a PDF that includes both your answers and the system feedback.

  1. Open the Print Menu: On your keyboard, press:
    • Windows / Linux: Ctrl + P
    • Mac: Command + P
    • (Alternatively, go to the browser menu (usually three dots) and select "Print").
  2. Select PDF as Destination: In the print dialog box, look for the "Destination" or "Printer" setting. Change the option from your physical printer to "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" (depending on your operating system).
  3. Adjust Layout (If necessary): Ensure the entire quiz content is visible. You may need to change the layout to Portrait or Landscape in the settings.

Save the PDF: Click the "Save" or "Print" button. Name the file clearly (Title: YourName_ Atividade Avaliativa - Inglês Básico Nível 1 - Lições 1 a 10.pdf; OR  YourName_ Atividade Avaliativa - Inglês Básico Nível 1 - Lições 10 a 17.pdf).


Step 3: Send the Assessment

  1. Open your Email: Log in to your preferred email service.
  2. Create a New Message: Start a new email. Title: YourName_ Atividade Avaliativa - Inglês Básico Nível 1 - Lições 1 a 10; OR  YourName_ Atividade Avaliativa - Inglês Básico Nível 1 - Lições 10 a 17
  3. Enter the Recipient: Address the email to:

avaliacao.cegep@gmail.com

  1. Attach the File: Attach the PDF file you saved in Step 2.
  2. Send: Click "Send" to submit your assessment.
